- How do I make a hotel reservation?
You can book your reservation online to take advantage of the best available rates. Since you are on the site, just click on check availability and enter the dates you want, select a hotel from the display of hotels by clicking book now. You will get a form to fill out, and then will click to confirm your reservation. An email confirmation will be sent to you within minutes confirming your booking details. Book mark our web site before you leave it today so you can come back to us for questions and future hotel reservations.
- How many people can I have in my room?
Rates are based on 2 adults per room. Maximum occupancy in a standard room is 4 adults per room. There is an additional person charge of $15-$25 (depending on hotel) per person over 2. Children are free in some hotels and those policies are displayed under hotel information. There are some hotels that have suites that can accommodate up to 6 adults per room. Please let us know if you require this type of accommodation.
- How can I make a reservation for someone else?
To book a reservation for someone else, simply enter their name in the Room Occupancy portion of the booking. Use the Guest Information portion to input your name and billing information.
- What credit cards are accepted?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club
- When are you going to bill my credit card?
We charge your credit card at the time of booking. Our name will appear on your credit card as AC CENTRAL RESERVATIONS. We will bill you for the full amount for hotel room and applicable taxes and occupancy fees. We do not charge any additional fees. There are a few hotels that request only a credit card guarantee and will charge your credit card upon arrival to the hotel. This information will be noted in the Booking Requirements portion of the booking page, prior to the Reservation Information portion of the page.
- Is your web site secure?
Our service is secure. We use the highest level of security and hold a Thawte SSL Digital certificate. This protects your information from interception, thus ensuring a safe and trustworthy transaction. We respect your privacy. We will not provide or sell your personal details to anyone other than the credit card processing company and the hotel you are making the reservation with.
- Do I need a credit card to check in?
You will need to post a credit card for incidental charges upon arrival to the hotel. This is simply a hold, not a charge, and will be released upon check out of the hotel.
- Will I get a receipt from the hotel?
Since you have pre-paid your room and tax charges through A. C. Rooms the hotel will only provide a receipt for any incidental charges you may incur during your stay. The confirmation you receive from us upon booking your reservation will serve as your receipt.
- I want to pay by check or cash.
If you want to pay for your reservation by check or cash you may do so but you must contact us by phone to book. We will then give you the payment details. Please call us at 888-227-6667.
- I want to change/modify my reservation.
If you need to modify your reservation you must call us at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date, at 1-888-227-6667 (Mention promo code HBC7068). A Reservation Agent will modify your reservation if hotel availability permits, and if successful, will email you a modification notice for your records. As a courtesy to our customers, there is no charge for modifying reservations 48 hours prior to your arrival date. You cannot modify your reservation within 48 hours of arrival.
- How do I cancel my reservation?
If you need to cancel your reservation you must call us at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date, at 1-888-227-6667 (Mention promo code HBC7068). A Reservation Agent will cancel your reservation and will email you a cancellation notice and number for your records. There is a $25.00 processing fee for all cancellations. If you need to cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date you must call us at 1-888-227-6667 (Mention promo code HBC7068), you will be given a cancellation email, and number to verify you have cancelled and may be billed an additional fee up to your first nights room charge and tax recovery charges. If you do not cancel and do not show up at the hotel by Midnight (12:00am) on the day of your arrival, your entire stay is cancelled by the hotel and you are billed for your first night with no refund. Be sure to cancel and retain your cancellation email for you records. For cancellation purposes arrival date is considered 12:01am EST day of arrival. During some holidays and special events the cancellation policy may be modified and rooms may not be cancelable.
- What is your cancellation policy?
All cancellations must be made, prior to 48 hours from arrival, by calling 1-888-227-6667 (Mention promo code HBC7068) between 8am and midnight. All cancelled reservations will be charged a $25.00 per room processing fee. Any reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival date may be charged a fee up to the first night room and tax fees. No shows are charged a first night room charge. For cancellation purposes arrival date is considered 12:01am EST day of arrival. Over some holidays and special events the cancellation policy may be modified and rooms may not be cancelable. You will receive a cancellation number over the phone to retain for your records and an email confirmation of cancellation to the email address used to make the reservation as further proof of cancellation. Our cancellation policy is described during the reservation process on the phone and on the web site during the reservation transaction before you enter your personal/credit card information. By continuing with the booking process you have agreed to the terms and conditions on the web site booking engine reservations process and accept that you will be charged for cancellations as outlined.
